Refund policy

At An Arts Tale, we take great care in creating and packaging each artwork to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We understand, however, that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges on the following conditions:

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is undamaged, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • The item is not a custom or personalised order (see below for details).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our work, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom artworks made to your specifications
  • Digital downloads (if applicable)
  • Items that have been damaged after delivery

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at info@anartstale.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if damaged).
  2. Once approved, you will be provided with the return shipping details.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method OR EFT into the customers specified account.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will gladly replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.
