How It Works

1. Reach Out
Use the Commission Button to contact us directly with your idea. Share as much detail as possible—photos, themes, colours, or even just the story behind what you'd like captured. (The Button will only be active when there is availability for commission work)

2. We'll Chat
Once we receive your request, we’ll discuss the concept, size, medium, and timeline. We'll also talk pricing and any special requests you might have.

3. Quote & Deposit
After the details are confirmed, you'll receive a quote. Depending on how unique and specific the art request is the artist may ask a 50% deposit to begin your custom artwork.

4. Creation & Updates
Throughout the process, you’ll receive progress updates (if you’d like them). Depending on the complexity, commissions typically take 5-10 weeks.

5. Final Approval & Delivery
Once completed, you’ll get a preview of the final piece. After approval and final payment, your artwork will be safely packaged and shipped or made available for collection.

Commission Guidelines

Mediums Available: Acrylic, charcoal, pencil, ink, or mixed media.
Custom Sizes: Available upon request. (Largest Option A0)
Revisions: Small tweaks are included in the quote. Major changes may incur additional fees.
Timeframes: Vary depending on the queue, but we’ll always keep you informed.
